PRODUCT:
~10"x14" Heat/Cold pack with washable case.

~ Packs are handmade with white rice (rice provides a soothing moist heat). Moist heat has been proven to be beneficial for topical skin application to sooth away aches and pains.

~ Enclosed in 100% unbleached cotton fabric. Case is 100% cotton flannel. Large size packs are designed with chambers for even distribution of contents, heat/cold dissipation, and flexibility of use.

~ Scented with lavender essential oils to sooth and relax.

USE:
~ Heat therapy promotes healing and provides relief from headaches, backaches, earaches, cramps and TMJ. Also great to cuddle with on a cold winters day or putting in your bed on a cold night to keep warm. Use Cold to help with pumps and bruises or cold therapy to help reduce swelling.

INSTRUCTIONS:
~ For therapeutic moist heat application; heat the pack for 1 – 3 minutes in a microwave to provide warmth for 30+ minutes. Every 3 to 4 uses place a cup of water in the microwave to assist in moisture retention this will help extend the life of your pack.

~ For soothing cool comfort put pack in a sealed plastic bag and place in the freezer for a minimum of two hours prior to use. (placing your pack in a sealed bag will prevent unwanted odors from entering your pack.)

~ For best results store pack in a sealable bag when not in use.
